Our Cancellation Policy: Two weeks prior notification of cancellation is required to receive a full refund. Deposits are nonrefundable with less than two weeks notice of a cancellation. All deposits for apartment rentals are nonrefundable. Any cancellation within three (3) days of arrival will be charged the total stay. Arrivals after midnight forfeit their reservation and deposit is nonrefundable. After Check-In NO refunds will be allowed.
